Birth
As your birth doula I will walk alongside you offering consistent support throughout pregnancy, labour and the early postpartum days. I'll offer emotional, practical and physical care so that you feel nurtured and nourished during this transformative period.
You'll have access to pregnancy preparation sessions which will be tailored to your personalised needs and also allow us to build a trusting relationship so that we can connect and I can be the doula you need me to be.
From 38 weeks I will be on call 24/7 until your labour begins. I will then remain by your side during your birth until you are your baby are settled. Following this I'll visit you 1-2 times postnatally to reflect on your birth experience, provide practical support, offer reassurance and nourish you.
